How we work together

You send us the project, the room, the dimensions, the palette, the timeline. We come back with real pieces: photographs of actual rugs, with full dimensions, weight and knot density. Not renders, not catalogue images.

Nothing is invoiced until a piece is selected. If the project changes, we adapt. If nothing fits, we keep looking.

For recurring partners, we hold pieces on reserve and give advance access to new arrivals before they go public.

Every piece arrives with a signed certificate from VOLZAR: origin, dimensions, weight and knot density.

Do you work on a project basis or a retainer?

Project by project. No commitment, no minimum volume. Recurring partners get preferential terms.

Can you source several pieces for one project?

Yes. Multiple rooms, matching palettes, or a coherent set across a hotel or a residence.

How far ahead should we come to you?

Six to eight weeks before installation is comfortable. Shorter is sometimes possible, tell us the deadline and we’ll be honest about it.

Can we present the pieces to our client before deciding?

Yes. We provide photographs, dimensions and technical data you can put in front of a client. In Brussels, we can bring the piece to you.
